Instructions: 1. Apply base color (optional), dry by UV/LED light
2. Apply a layer of non-wipe l top gel, dry by UV/LED light
3.Use a sponge stick dip a small amount of powder
to buff a thin layer of pigment onto nail surface，
apply evenly until satisfied effect.
4. Seal with 2nd gel top coat then dry by LED/UV light.
